I covered this amp plus circuits about a month ago. Then I had a request for an identical build from a fellow in Canada. So, I thought this would be a good opportunity to go into more detail. From choosing components/layout/signal routing/cabinet modification/etc. It added to the build time, but I wanted to share the process and increase everyone understanding of whats involved. So, if you can imagine, consider the added effort to lay this out with terminal boards. It would be much more labor intensive, plus if things are not routed correctly, the amp can turn into a noise monster. That was the purpose of the ECB and CUB circuit boards. Consolidate sections of a typical Class A amp. Like a mini Heathkit. I have used this system in many builds. No complaints.
