There are countless tweaks depending on what you want to do. Things that can be changed away: Judgement(with talent), Healing Wave (with talent) if you have healer, Intercept (Dont need 4 gap closers for big fights), Rampage (if you run multiple warriors), Stealth (vanish + talents) in group fights, Seal of Justice (if you run Earthshaker the epic mace).

Things to get: Counterspell, Death coil, Barkskin (if you have plans for running AGI TG*), Pursuit of Justice talent (If you dont have the RE)
AGI TG = Getting full Agility and scaling Agi to Healing with Nurturing Instinct Feral Druid talent and Healing Way from Resto shaman. Maybe some Sheath of Light from Retribution paladin and Touched by the Light in Protection paladin if you wanna be a complete mongoloid
