With Election Day almost upon us, what do the major-party gubernatorial candidates -- Gov. Phil Murphy, a Democrat and Republican challenger Jack Ciattarelli -- need to do to secure victory? A recent poll that puts the race in a single-digit spread, showed Ciattarelli’s attacks on Murphy’s police reforms have been effective and have helped to cut Murphy’s lead.
