It's AZs Floette also known as the Eternal Floette. It's kind of weird that this Pokémon was never released consider how much work they put into it. This Floette has a unique model, a signature move which is fully functioning, different stats then a base Floette, and a unique pokedex entry in the Ultra Sun and Moon Games.
