A new coating that kills bacteria within 45 minutes could be key in the fight against hospital-acquired infections.
Working with the Royal Navy, NitroPep was used in a clinical trial on board a Royal Fleet Auxiliary ship for 11 months. The surfaces were swabbed and the results analysed by our researchers.
