I lost my Bluetooth function along with having the system restart randomly and repeatedly. And over time, the restarting symptom stopped and inhad no hard drive function. only FM radio.

They shipped it quick along with a software update on CD.

I flowed their guide to determine if my HDD was the issue (and it was). The replacement installation was quick and the update to software took about 15min.

All HDD function is now back to normal along with my ability to sync to my phone.
