Checking out in this vid a software that is on the steam store LOSSNESS SCAILING.


Bascially it uses frame generation to apply to games to double frames.

Have only tested it out on my 1080 Monitor. In some other games they may appear to be ghosting thats the only down side to this.

NOTE
when capping the frames the GPU needs to maintain FPS and not dip in order for frame generation to work its magic. for example I limited my frames to 30 so the performance threshold needs to be set higher say 40 or 35 - can be achieved by lowering the graphics using the resolution scailing in game you can precisely make the adjustments.
