1: Speak to her in Kirov and listen to her request (won't ask if your Castle isn't at least Level 3)
2: Purchase some Sugar at the Item Shop.
3: Talk to the man to the right of the inn he will say he has soap but needs Soy Sauce.
4: Talk to the man wandering south of the inn not far from the guy with the soap and he will say he has Soy Sauce but needs Salt.
5: Talk to the person south of Sarah and they will say they have Salt but needs a yardstick.
6: Talk to the man inside a room at the inn and he will say he has a Yardstick but needs Sugar.
7: Give the sugar to the villager at the Inn for a Yardstick.
8: Give the Yardstick to the villager south of Sarah for some Salt.
9: Give the Salt to the villager south of the inn for some Soy Sauce.
10: Give the Soy Sauce to the villager to the right of the inn for some Soap.
7: Give the Soap to Sarah.
