When Nicky was learning the alphabet, she knew her uppercase letters really well but the lower case🔡, not so much. So, I made this fun hide and seek type game for her to match the letters, both uppercase and lowercase! I added a black insert to hide the black letters a little bit🧐. The bright neutral color from the popsicle sticks make the letters pop as you approach them. Promise its really simple to make! ❤️
YOU WILL NEED👇
1️⃣ Plastic Zipper Bag
2️⃣ Craft Sticks
3️⃣ Construction Paper
4️⃣ Alcohol Cleansing Pad
5️⃣ Permanent Market
INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Remove label from plastic bag with alcohol swab ☁️
2️⃣ With a permanent marker, randomly write the uppercase letters of the alphabet around the bag. 🔠
3️⃣ Insert dark construction paper inside the plastic bag. ⚫️
4️⃣ With a permanent marker, write upper case letters on one side of the craft stick and lower case letters on the other side of the same craft stick. Do the same with all letters of the alphabet! 🖍
5️⃣ Time to Match! 🙌 Ask your toddler to find the corresponding letter in the bag and match it to the popsicle sticks by inserting it inside the plastic bag! 👏
