‘Zalman and Rivka Nożyk’s synagogue is a place where history connects with modern Jewish life,’ says Hanna Dzielińska (Hanka Warszawianka), journalist and tourist guide. The seventh part of "Remnants of the Warsaw Ghetto" is dedicated to the Nożyk Synagogue, the only active pre-war synagogue in Warsaw. In its building, located at Twarda 6 Street, is the office of the Chief Rabbi of Poland, Michael Schudrich – chairman of the Council of the Warsaw Ghetto Museum.
