Ukraine's state electronic procurement system ProZorro has helped to save over 2 and a half billion U.S. dollars for the country's budget since its introduction four years ago. More than 215,000 entrepreneurs benefited from using the platform. Among them - over 80 percent of companies represent small businesses. Just to remind you, the main advantage of the ProZorro system is open data on all purchases, it enables any business regardless of its volume or country of origin to participate in Ukrainian government tenders. So, how effective has this system been so far?
