Model: Base plus Commission
Total Compensation: $100,000
Structure:
Base: $50,000
Commission @ 100% = $50,000
Quota: $1,000.000
Payout starts at: 50% of Quota ($500,000)
Sales
Payout @50% ($500,000) = Base + (Base x 10%) = 50K Plus 5K
Payout @60% ($600,000) = Base + (Base x 20%) = 50K plus 10K
Payout @70% ($700,000) = Base + (Base x 40%) = 50K plus 20k
Payout @80% ($800,000) = Base + (Base x 60%) = 50K plus 30K
Payout @90% ($900,000) = Base + (Base x 80%) = 50k plus 40k
Payout @100% ($1,000,000) = Base + (Base x 100%) = 50K plus 50K
Over $1 million
Payout @150% = Base + (Base x 1.5)= $50K plus $75K = $125K
Over $1.5 million
Payout @200% = Base + (Base x 50% or 2.0)= $50K plus $100K = $150K
