In this video, Taylor shows us how to make a DIY Swivel Rocking chair for under $200. The chair was purchased from Ikea. Be sure to check the AS-IS section. The swivel was removed from an old chair we got from Craigslist for $10. We discarded the old chair and kept only what we needed.
