Companies from Engineering, Procurement and Construction domains, join together in a SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) company and work together on the bidding project by minimizing the risks and placing a bid on the project that a central or local authority wants implemented.
Even though these companies have the know-how, equipment and the human resources, the main financial stream in most cases come from third-party financial institutions.
After the consortium is declared the winning bidder, a concession is signed for the project and they organize the construction site and start building according to the project requirements they bid for. So, the project needs a line of credit to provide with the needed cashflow. Here comes the best part: PPP Finance analyzes the project not only with its own staff, but also using third party audit companies to make sure the project is doable and investment can be recuperated in a certain period of time within agreed terms.

After cashflow is available, the construction and implementation phases take place and comes the operation phase where the loan starts to be reimbursed according to the terms. Here each project may have its own particularities, meaning that one project may re-purchase monthly a certain number of tokens up to the amount used initially for the loan (creating a buying pressure on the price to go upwards) and additionally, adding the commission in USD value for the project company.
