Thousands of party-goers in Spain have pelted each other with tons of over-ripe tomatoes. The epic food fight is known as 'La Tomatina'. Over 20,000 people -- both from Spain and abroad -- gathered for the messy battle in the small town of Bunol. The fete takes place annually on the last Wednesday of August. Security was tightened after the terror attacks in Catalonia earlier this month. But it didn't detract from the fun.
