The Budget session will begin today with President Ram Nath Kovind’s address to both the houses of Parliament. The session will continue till April 8, with a month-long break in between.
The session is being held amid the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, so elaborate arrangements have been made for the safety of the members of Parliament.
