Pomegranate Juice is readily available. Just make sure its 100% pomegranate juice, no added sugar, artificial chemicals, etc. Pure juice!
You can buy the seeds at Trader Joes and toss them in salads especially spinach salads. But if you like to cook collard greens or kale, sprinkle pomegranate seeds on the cooks greens. You can also stir these seeds into a cooked pilaf of rice, couscous or quinoa. Or just snack on them. They are so sweet and crunchy.
If you've never bought a whole pomegranate and harvested the seeds, there is an easy 3 step process.
Cut off the crown, and then cut the pomegranate into sections like you would an orange. Place the sections in a bowl of water, and then roll out the arils, (seeds) and with your fingers. Discard everything else. Strain out the water in a colander. Then eat the seeds.
