Episode 18 • Rear Air Foil Enclosure
In this episode, Scott makes the rear airfoil enclosure for the cooling system on Denny's 1969 Corvair. With space at a premium in the compact engine bay, the cooling system is being relocated to the rear. This Corvair is undergoing a jaw-dropping transformation, featuring a Nelson Racing twin-turbo LS V8 mounted up front, a custom Roadster Shop chassis, and a host of other high-performance upgrades. From custom wheels and 6-piston Brembo brakes to intricate metalwork, a one-of-a-kind interior, and countless personalized details, this build is a true showstopper. Stay tuned—this is a project you won’t want to miss!
