A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has nullified all primary elections conducted by the APC in Rivers State, over unlawful exclusion of some party members as delegates to the primaries.
The same fate befell the party in the 2019 elections but the leadership of the APC in the state has described the judgment as another ploy to stop the party from participating in the 2023 general election, saying it is dead on arrival.
