How to Create a Real Estate Pitch Deck.
I was invited by Brad Blazer in one of his weekly coaching calls with his students. We discussed the rookie mistakes the capital raisers and syndicators make with their pitch deck and presentations.
In this video, I discussed the three elements of a compelling presentation:
1. Content (story): this is not just about the details and information you put on your deck but also how you structure them to be a cohesive story that answers your audience's biggest questions.
2. Visuals: this is how you employ the visual elements of your brand for brand equity and to differentiate yourself from your competitors. Using effective visuals also means helping your audience focus on the most important information in a busy slide.
3. Presentation: this is how you deliver the talk with your tone, body language, and words.
