Hi guys,
In this video, we reviewed one of the highly recommended dishes to try in Hong Kong, beef brisket noodle soup. It's from a restaurant called Kau Kee. This restaurant received a Bib Gourmand status in the Michelin Guide, which means this restaurant is known and recommended for their good food at moderate prices. We have to say that we completely agreed.
The beef brisket noodle soup is delicious. Beef brisket is definitely the highlight, accompanied by a good homemade noodle. It's another must-try food when you visit Hong Kong! The queue may be quite long during lunch/dinner hour. We didn't try the HK milk tea, but we tried the lemon tea which was very good, it's very Hong Kong style with strong lemon and strong tea too. Service is quick and be mindful you may need to share table with other customers too, which is common in Hong Kong. They have an English menu too and the waiter can speak English, so it's a plus for foreigners. Overall we can easily recommend this restaurant to you guys.
