Kalinga Utkal Express derails: ABP News finds out broken railway tracks

ABP News was on spot and found out that the railway track on which the train was travelling was broken. It had split and the train had crossed that particular point. It is being speculated that either the track would be broken prior to incident and hence becoming the reason for it or emergency brakes would have lead it.
ABP News also found out that repair work on railway tracks was going on and the machinery was still there.
