We've just got a taxi and taken a ride through the Garden Ring Road of Moscow, Russia.
To say simply, Garden Ring is the most central part of Moscow, Russia. It is surrounded by the ring road which is called "Garden Ring". When somebody saying: "In a borders of the Garden Ring", it means it is located inside of the Garden Ring Road.
