I have finally update my list of High Yield UK dividend stocks known as the dividend aristocrats. This is also the name given to US stocks with 25+ years of consecutive dividend raises.
The previous years lists of UK dividend aristocrats needed 10+ years of consecutive dividend increased and yields below 10% but this year is slightly different with 7+ years of dividend increases being the criteria. The dividend yields vary between 5% and 9%.
The UK dividend stocks that made it into this years selection from the previous years are British American Tobacco, IG group Holdings and Legal & General Group.
The new additions are Supermarket Income REIT, Intermediate Capital Group, Primary health properties, Assura, Londonmetric Properties, Hargreaves Lansdown and National Grid
