In this video Herr Antrim explains what the most common separable prefixes in German are and how those prefixes change the meanings of the verbs to which they are attached. There are a ton of separable prefixes for German verbs, but the prefixes in this video are the most used ones. If you master these prefixes, you will be able to use the vast majority of separable verbs (trennbare Verben) in German.
