APTV cameraman, Rob Celliers, was the first journalist to visit the front line in the Teslic area, north west of Sarajevo. He saw the dire conditions in which they continue to fight and witnessed the high morale of soldiers which seems to grow with each kilometre taken from Bosnian Serb forces.
As the latest round of peace talks and diplomacy continues, both sides in the Bosnian war are maintaining all out fighting to gain vital territory in a war which is escalating daily.
Rob Celliers, APTV's senior cameraman was the first journalist to see that despite bad weather, inferior weapons and deplorable conditions the Bosnian Government troops continue to push forward in the Teslic area of Central Bosnia. Following their big triumph in Kupres over a week ago there has been no let up in their advance.
They have yet to prove they can hold the ground taken in the past month in central Bosnia, Bihac and around Sarajevo, but their success has bought the Bosnian Croats back into the fight and breathed new life into the lacklustre Muslim Croat federation brokered by Washington last spring.
