Yesterday we encountered some beautiful Risso’s Dolphin on our no adventures! 🐬✨🐬✨🐬

Risso’s dolphin can grow up to 12.5ft long and weigh up to 1,100lbs. Their diet primarily consists of squid, but they are also known to eat other cephalopods and occasionally fish. Their preference for squid is evident in the scarring on their bodies, likely from the squid’s sharp beaks.

Risso’s dolphins are known to be social animals, often found in groups ranging from a few individuals to several hundred.
