I had tuned this car previously but now the owner wanted some DPF work doing. After doing the work I ran some logs which suggested the air flow was not right which then meant the ECU was limiting torque based on the smoke limiter.
After some digging the customer had installed a K&N filter approx 2 months ago, a few weeks back he had already replaced the MAF - I suspect the filter killed that too.
Logs clearly shows the OEM filter flowed better.
