"Our motto is to support people willing to switch to EV and even for people who didn't think about it, we want them to find a vehicle matching what they could buy for the same price as an internal combustion engine, they'll be able to buy an EV. To do that, we are also launching a battery-leasing scheme."

LEADIN:
Asian carmakers' strong presence at this year's Paris car show is underlining their ambitions to expand into Europe's booming electric vehicle market.
Alongside French manufacturers, China's Great Wall Motor (GWM), Build Your Dream (BYD) and Vietnamese Vin Fast have put on display premium SUVs, luxury sedans, and compact cars designed for Europeans at a slimmed-down Paris car show.
STORYLINE:
Asian carmakers are going to great lengths to seduce European customers with extended automobile warranties, slick and sporty models and luxurious materials at the Paris motor show.
WEY is showing its WEY Coffee 02 SUV at the fair.
Penetrating the European market won't be plain sailing.
