This is five minutes of me talking about how to take apart a three speed and what you need to know for disassembly. This is a RAN. I took apart a RAT and the front shaft won't come out the front hole because the gear is too big so you have to take the bearing off and pull it out through the top. Not sure if the HEF has any special things like that.
