Hi Guys, try this Suman Malagkit Recipe and learn how to cook it perfectly. it is very easy to prepare with only 4 Ingredients. It has awesome neutral taste very good partner with Coffee.
In this Recipe You need:
1000g Glutinous Rice (to be measure with Rice cup)
7 Rice cups of Coconut Milk (depends of how many cups the Glutinous Rice)
150g or 3/4 cup Sugar (If you like sweet Taste you can add more Sugar)
1 tsp Salt
Banana Leaves
Note: The amount of the Coconut milk used must be the same amount of how many Cups of Glutinous Rice, For example: in the video the Glutinous Rice measured by Rice cup was 7 Rice cups all, therefore the Coconut milk you need must be 7 Rice cups too. if you use mugs or any glass to measure the Glutinous Rice, if the Glutinous Rice are 5 mugs or 5 glasses all, absolutely, Your Coconut milk must be 5 mugs or 5 glasses too.
Steaming Process: Cook/Steam for 30mins (make sure that the water of the steamer is already boiled)
