4. ELECT PRESIDENT
A. Temporary president accepts a motion to open nominations for the Office of President of the Board to serve for a period of one (1) year ending the first Monday of December 2025.
B. Close nominations for Board President.
C. Elect President.
5. ELECT VICE PRESIDENT
A. President accepts a motion to open nominations for the Office of Vice President of the Board to serve for a period of one (1) year ending the first Monday of December 2025.
