A few notes - there are different ways to update your BIOS. In this video, we will discuss a simple method, which is downloading the BIOS directly from Dell's website onto your PowerEdge R740xd. In order to manage this process, you will need to have an operating system installed and internet access. If you do not have an operating system or internet access, then we recommend using a bootable USB drive.
