These are young children who are learning and have been practicing Múa Lân lion dance where they performed at the Peabody Essex Art Museum - just outside of Boston Chinatown about 35 minutes northeast of the city. Performed at the 2019 Lunar New Year celebrations with more additional footage of the Pig costume where people in the audience enjoyed watching the incredible amount of passion shown by these young performers at such a small age with cub costumes said to be made from the Singapore region. Gund Kwok is an all female troupe with headquarters in Chinatown where they teach the young with Barongsai lion dance classes. The performance also includes some elements from the rare and classic buddha routine with the washing and the bucket - done by these young children when interacting with the lions.
