Step 1 – Check weight & measure frame size for packaging.
Step 2 – Calculate the price on the size of the box required for shipping

Now to pack the bike!
Step 3 – Remove pedals to reduce volume
Step 4 – Remove handle bars and wrap, then affix to frame with more bubble wrap
Step 5 – Remove front wheel and wrap pedals
Step 6 – Wrap gears on front and back wheels
Step 7 – Place bike inside custom box
Step 8 – Place front wheel and pedals inside boxes securely
Step 9 – Tape boxed closed
