Sri Lanka is in a heightened state of alert as police arrest more than 60 people over the Easter Sunday attacks.
The president, prime minister and defence minister have all said they were not informed about security warnings about the bombings.
But as grief turns to anger, the feeling that some government officials must take responsibility is growing.
