Here is how to take Audio from the video. First place the video on the timeline and then click on the plus button that you see next to the video. After that right-click the Audio and after that click copy. Right-click again in the track and select Paste.

The video's audio now appears in the actual Audio/Music track of your WMM project.So now you need to delete the audio that is still in the video so that you do not have overlapping audios.
