(10 Oct 1960) The Horse of the Year Show at Wembley, and riding in the Fred Foster Memorial Stakes was Captain Raimondo D'Inzeo, Olympic and World champion, on "Posillipo". But this time, the great Italian horseman was defeated by Britain's young rider, David Broome, on that great jumper, "Sunsalve". This was the only combination to jump a clear round. David Broome received the trophy from the Duchess of Norfolk.
