Simulated crevasse falls / arrest and self rescue. In this video a climber takes a "crevasse fall" while the other climber arrests the fall. Allowing the fallen climber to climb back out of the "crevasse" on her own while protecting herself with a prussic hitch. In the event of a failure to arrest the fall, both climbers are attached to back up anchors for safety.
