For the second time in a span of 3 days, the river surface of Burhi Dihing river has caught fire.
Crude oil leakage from an OIL India pipeline in Dihing River has led to a fire on the river surface in at least 2 spots - Tengakhat and Sasneer.
It was on February 2 that the river surface of the Dihing river was on fire following leakage in an oil transporting pipeline of Oil India Limited in Duliajan.
