TMII akan direvitalisasi, sebanyak 70 persen kawasan TMII akan dijadikan taman. Kemudian, 30 persen kawasan TMII akan berupa gedung yang mengusung konsep opera Indonesia dan berganti nama menjadi Ultimate Showcase Of Indonesia. Nantinya, lahan seluas 105 hektar di kawasan TMII akan menjadi kawasan hijau yang hanya bisa dilalui dan 45 hektar akan dijadikan bangunan.
