8-10 slices eggplant, 1ts cumin seeds, 3/4th ts salt, 3/4th ts turmeric, ½ kg yogurt, ½ cup cooking oil.
Serve with mash ki daal, aaloo bhujiya, bhindi/ karele and roti. Serve when its ready its on room temp, after having lunch or dinner place it in fridge.
You can also use long eggplants also
If you think oil is more just use half the amount
