Last week, I joined a tour that, in part, included driving from the @museelouvre, down Champs-Elysées, and around the Arc-de-Triomphe. Surrounding the Arc, is a traffic circle / roundabout with 12 (!) entry points.

It has always fascinated me to observe the traffic from the top of the Arc de Triomphe. The cars seem to circle in chaos. However, our tour guide let us in on the right-of-way rule that is specific to just this roundabout. Play the video above to hear his explanation.
