Dumaguete is a city on Negros Island, in the southern Philippines. It was known as "The city of Gentle People.

This is a Drone(DJI Mavic 2 Pro) video of BUGLASAN FESTIVAL, also known as"Festival of Festivals" is one of the most awaited festivals in Negros Oriental.It is celebrated in Dumaguete city, the capitol of the province in the middle of October.

There are lots to see and do during the Buglasan Festival. Booths decorated by different municipalities and cities all over Negros comes down in front of the Provincial Government Hall in Freedom Park. Live bands every night in one corner of the park, grand events and competitions held on the big stage and variety shows on the smaller stage.
