Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the most frequent and deadly infectious diseases worldwide. In 2020 10 million people fell ill with TB and 1.5 million people died from TB. Worldwide, currently TB is the 13th leading cause of death and the second leading infectious killer after COVID-19. Multidrug-resistant TB (MDR-TB) remains a public health crisis and a health security threat (WHO). Urogenital TB develops after up to 20 years after the primary infection and often goes undiagnosed. This webinar recording focuses on the diagnosis and best management practices of urogenital TB, which is often forgotten to be included in the differential diagnosis algorithm.
