Today, I want to address the elephant in the room: Why would you ever consider moving when current interest rates are twice as high as yours? Many homeowners got lucky and purchased their properties with a rate that’s crazy low. Doesn’t it just make sense to ride out that rate as long as they can instead of moving? In my experience, that sounds nice, but people rarely make moving decisions based on what current rates are.
