This scenario is China Clay: Port Shunter by RolandBP. We do some shunting on the China Clay route with the wonderful MeshTools 2F Dock Tank steam locomotive.

I got rather puzzled by the instructions as the didn't seem to match up with what was in the task list however, I got there in the end after much "support" from the viewers, ahem :)
