Good morning. Most regions are having a wet and soggy morning. 30 to 80 millimeters is on the cards for upper regions, 20 to 60 for the south, including Jeju.
Mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province will see up to 30 centimeters of snow.
Despite the rain, it's very mild mid-winter day. Readings will be hovering way above the seasonal norms. Morning lows in Seoul are nearly 11 degrees higher than what we would normally have around this time of year.
Afternoon highs will be 2 to 12 degrees higher than yesterday, Jeju getting up to 21 degrees Celsius this afternoon. However, expect rain across much of the country.
Cold air will move in tomorrow night, making it feel more like winter. But there shouldn't be an extreme cold snap for next 5 days or so.
