콘치즈마요 머핀 (Corn cheese mayo muffin)
1. 머핀틀에 머핀컵을 채운다
2. 옥수수통조림을 체에 걸러 물기를 제거해주고 모짜렐라치즈를 섞어준다
3. 마요네즈, 연유, 후추를 넣고 섞어준다
4. 실온무염발효버터를 핸드믹서로 부드럽게 잘 풀어준다
5. 바닐라익스트랙, 소금, 설탕을 넣고 고속으로 휘핑해준다(반죽의 색이 뽀얗게 될때까지 휘핑)
6. 달걀을 반죽에 나눠 넣으면서 휘핑해준다(볼옆면을 주걱으로 정리해가면서 반죽이 분리되지 않도록 한번 넣을때마다 충분히 섞어준다)
7. 체친 박력분, 옥수수가루, 아몬드가루, 베이킹 파우더, 우유를 반정도씩 넣고 자르듯이 섞어준다
8. 나머지 체친 박력분, 옥수수가루, 아몬드가루, 베이킹파우더, 우유를 넣고 반정도 섞이면 옥수수를 넣고 섞어준다
9. 반죽을 짤주머니에 담아 머핀컵에 짜준다
10. 만들어둔 토핑용 옥수수를 올려준다
11. 170도로 예열된 오븐에서 24-27분정도 구워준다

바닐라익스트랙 2g

박력분 160g

Corn Cheese Mayo Muffin
1. Place the muffin cups in the muffin pan.
2. Sift canned corn through a sieve to remove moisture and mix with mozzarella cheese.
3. Add mayonnaise, condensed milk, and black pepper and mix.
4. Soften room temperature unsalted fermented butter with a hand mixer.
5. Add vanilla extract, salt, and sugar and whip at high speed until the color turns milky white.
6. Divide the eggs into the batter while keep whipping. (Mix thoroughly to prevent separation while scraping the sides of the bowl with a spatula.)
7. Add half of the sifted cake flour, cornflour, almond powder, baking powder, and milk and mix as if cutting.
8. Add the remaining sifted cake flour, cornflour, almond powder, baking powder, and milk and mix halfway, then add corn and mix.
9. Put the batter in a pastry bag and squeeze it into a muffin cup.
10. Put corn for topping on top.
11. Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for about 24-27 minutes.

Muffin Mayo Keju Jagung
1. Tempatkan cangkir muffin di dalam loyang muffin.
2. Ayak jagung kalengan melalui saringan untuk menghilangkan kelembapan dan campur dengan keju mozzarella.
3. Tambahkan mayones, susu kental, dan lada hitam, lalu aduk.
4. Lelehkan unsalted fermented butter suhu ruang dengan hand mixer.
5. Tambahkan ekstrak vanila, garam, dan gula pasir, kocok dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga berubah warna menjadi putih susu.
6. Bagi telur ke dalam adonan sambil terus dikocok. (Aduk rata untuk mencegah pemisahan saat mengikis sisi mangkuk dengan spatula.)
7. Tambahkan setengah dari tepung kue yang diayak, tepung jagung, bubuk almond, baking powder, dan susu dan aduk seperti memotong.
8. Tambahkan sisa tepung kue yang sudah diayak, tepung maizena, bubuk almond, baking powder, dan susu, aduk rata, lalu tambahkan jagung dan aduk rata.
