Located on the North side of Ubud, Bali is the iconic Tegalalang Rice Terrace, another one of Bali’s amazingly scenic locations which looks like something from a fairytale story. I got here early at around 7am to beat the crowds (and the heat) and to take advantage of the soft light as the sun had not yet cast any harsh light into the valley. There were several flat areas along the walkways throughout the valley which were big enough to launch a drone from the ground, however, I did need to do a hand launch a few times for a few of these shots. There were actually several other Mavic Pros in the air already when I arrived which was not surprising considering the incredible beauty of this place! Enjoy!
